Refos ("we," "our," or "us") built the LiftMaxx app as a Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

LiftMaxx allows you to log, track, and edit your workouts.
Local Storage: By default, your workout logs, routines, and preferences are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to external servers unless you explicitly use a cloud-sync feature (if available).
To allow you to use other apps while your rest timer is running, our app requires specific device permissions:
Notifications / Alarms: The app requires permission to schedule and trigger alarms or push notifications to alert you when your workout timer has finished.
Background Processing: The app may require background permissions to ensure the timer continues running accurately even when the app is minimized.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
How We Use Your Information
The information and permissions we request are used exclusively to operate the application locally on your device.
Core Functionality: Your workout data is used to maintain your exercise logs and allow you to edit or review past sessions.
Timer and Alarms: Device permissions are used to ensure the timer functions correctly in the background.
Our application is designed to be a personal utility. We only request data and permissions necessary to provide the core functionality of the app.
Workout Data: We process the information you manually enter into the app, including exercise names, sets, reps, weights, and rest intervals.
Device Permissions: The app requires permission to schedule and trigger local notifications or alarms to alert you when your timer is complete.
Data Retention Policy: Lift Maxx does not transmit, collect, or store your personal workout data on external servers. All data is retained locally on your mobile device for as long as you have the application installed. We do not retain any of your user data on our servers.
Data Deletion Process: Because all user data is stored exclusively on your device, we do not require a formal data deletion request process, nor do we have the ability to delete your data remotely. You have full and immediate control over your data. To permanently delete all of your user data, simply uninstall the Lift Maxx application from your device or clear the app's storage/cache in your device settings. Once the app is uninstalled or cleared, your data is instantly deleted.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
