Liftelo helps you plan workouts, track training, and build healthy routines. This Privacy Policy explains what information Liftelo may process and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
Liftelo may store the profile details, training preferences, workout logs, measurements, meal preferences, reminders, and photos that you choose to enter. If you sign in, Apple or Google and Firebase may provide account identifiers and the basic information you authorize.
How information is used
We use this information to create and personalize your plan, keep your journal available on your device, support sign-in, restore purchases, and respond to support requests. Liftelo does not sell your personal information or use it for advertising tracking.
Storage and sharing
Your workout journal and photo check-ins are stored in the app's local storage on your device. Sign-in and purchase providers process only the information needed for those services under their own privacy policies. Liftelo does not upload your photo check-ins for analysis in this version.
Subscriptions and payments
Apple processes App Store payments and provides Liftelo with subscription and transaction status. Liftelo does not receive your full payment card details. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through your Apple Account settings.
Your choices
You can edit or delete local records, export your data, and remove the app's stored data from Settings. You can choose whether to sign in, allow notifications, or use camera features.
