Start and stop workout and rest timer from main screen context menu.
Switch between lifts added to current workout, add a lift to the workout, adjust the time to rest between sets, view the current lift and view past workouts.

Select a saved lift to add to the current workout, add a new lift to saved lifts.
Adjust the rest timer.
View and edit current lift weight, start time and set list.
View the previous set list for the current lift.
View and edit previous workouts and their individual lifts.
We do not collect any information from you or your device. All data is saved locally within the app on your device, and is deleted when the app is deleted.
