LifeWeeks (“the App”) is operated by Tobias (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is handled.
LifeWeeks is designed to minimize data collection.
The App does not require account creation and does not directly collect personal information from users.
User-created content such as:
reflections
notes
categories
app preferences
weekly activity data
is stored locally on the user’s device and may optionally be synchronized through Apple iCloud services if the user enables iCloud syncing on their device.
We do not access, read, or monitor this personal content.
LifeWeeks uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage and performance information.
This may include:
app interactions
feature usage
app sessions
crashes and diagnostics
device and app version information
This analytics data is anonymous and does not personally identify users.
We do not collect:
personal reflections or notes
contact information
precise location data
advertising identifiers
cross-app tracking data
behavioral advertising profiles
We may also receive anonymous aggregate information from Apple through App Store Connect, including:
app downloads
sales statistics
subscription metrics
crash reports
general geographic availability
LifeWeeks may send local notifications if the user grants permission.
These notifications are used only for reminders and App-related functionality.
Notification preferences can be managed in the device’s system settings.

Payments and subscription processing are handled entirely through Apple’s App Store payment system.
We do not collect, process, or store payment information.
If enabled by the user, certain App data may be synchronized using Apple iCloud services.
Use of iCloud is governed by Apple’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Because user data is stored locally and/or within the user’s personal iCloud account, users may delete their data directly within the App or by removing the App and associated iCloud data from their Apple account.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
LifeWeeks is available worldwide.
By using the App, users understand that information processed through Apple or third-party service providers may be handled in countries outside their own jurisdiction.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
