Everything shared in therapy sessions, chat, or other activities must remain confidential. Sharing personal information or discussions outside the community is strictly prohibited.
Appropriate Use of Services
Use therapy sessions, chats, and other features for their intended purpose: support and connection. Misuse or disruption of these services will not be tolerated.
Professional Boundaries
Our sessions and chats are peer-based and are not a replacement for professional therapy or medical treatment. We aim to provide support and guidance but encourage members to seek professional care when necessary.
Safety First
Avoid discussing harmful or triggering content in detail during sessions or in chats. Members are encouraged to report any unsafe behavior immediately to moderators.
Constructive and Positive Communication
Keep conversations focused on building a supportive and safe environment. Avoid negative or inflammatory topics that can hinder others' progress.

Report any concerns about other members or the platform to the moderation team promptly.

No spam, self-promotion, or off-topic material is allowed, especially in structured environments like sessions.
