The Kharghar Valley Golf Course (KVGC), situated in Navi Mumbai's Kharghar node, is a premier golfing destination developed by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO). Initially inaugurated in 2012 as a 9-hole course, KVGC has been undergoing an expansion to transform into an 18-hole championship-level facility, with completion anticipated by January 2024. Spanning approximately 103 hectares across sectors 22, 23, 24, and 25, the course offers a picturesque setting with the Pandavkada Waterfalls as a backdrop, gentle elevation changes, strategic water bodies, and sand bunkers enhancing the playing experience. Designed by architect Vijit Nandrajog, the course aims to meet international standards, positioning Navi Mumbai on the global golfing map. KVGC is notable for its accessibility to non-members, allowing the general public to enjoy its facilities, a rarity among golf courses in the region. The course is typically open from Tuesday to Sunday, with closures during heavy rainfall. As of April 2025, the expansion project has been completed, and the 18-hole course is fully operational, offering enhanced amenities and a world-class golfing experience.
