What's the difference between coaching and therapy?


Coaching and therapy are distinct forms of professional support that aim to help individuals improve their lives.
Coaching focuses on the coachee small and bigger agenda and provide strategies and tools for achieving the client's goals, in many areas of their life including career, business, leadership and personal development. Therapy, on the other hand, is more focused on addressing mental health issues and emotional challenges, and may involve exploring an individual's past, memories and relationships in order to overcome traumatic experiences.

Coaching takes a pragmatic, forward-looking and action-oriented approach, while therapy is more focused on understanding past issues.
