Credentials or sensitive information
is stored locally on your device only.
We do not:

Use analytics or third-party tracking tools
LifeVault uses strong encryption mechanisms to protect your data:
All stored data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms
Encryption keys are generated and stored locally on your device
We do not have access to your encryption keys or your data

LifeVault operates entirely offline:
No data is transmitted over the internet
No cloud backups or syncing are performed
Since LifeVault is a zero-knowledge, offline system:
You are responsible for remembering your passwords or credentials
You are responsible for maintaining backups if desired
⚠️ If you lose access credentials, your data cannot be recovered
LifeVault may request limited permissions strictly for functionality:
Storage access (to save and retrieve files)
Biometric authentication (optional)
These permissions are used only within the app.
LifeVault does not use third-party services that collect or process your data.
LifeVault does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13, as all data remains on-device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected with an updated Effective Date.
