My journey began in 2020 during the COVID lockdown. With the world on pause, I finally had time to reflect—to look inward and confront the version of myself I had been feeding. I realized I had unhealthy habits, poor nutrition, no real discipline, and a mindset that was holding me back from my true potential.
So I got honest. I stopped distracting myself. I started challenging myself. I chose to stop feeding the version of me that no longer aligned with my vision.
I began rebuilding—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
