I provide personalized telehealth consultations for busy professional women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and ADHD. My goal is to help you understand the factors contributing to your symptoms and develop an evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your health, lifestyle, and goals.
What to Expect
Initial Comprehensive Consultation (60 minutes) – $250
Your first visit includes a detailed review of:
Current symptoms and health concerns
Medical history and medications
Lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, and exercise habits
Previous laboratory and imaging results (when available)
Your personal health goals
For women with complex medical histories, the initial evaluation may be completed over two or more visits to allow adequate time for a thorough assessment and individualized recommendations.
Comprehensive Follow-up (60 minutes) – $150
Follow-up visits are used to:
Review laboratory results
Refine your treatment plan
Monitor your progress
Adjust medications and hormone therapy as needed
Provide ongoing lifestyle and wellness guidance
Medication Follow-up (30 minutes) – $75
For established patients requiring routine medication monitoring or prescription refills without significant changes to the treatment plan.
Treatment May Include
Depending on your individual needs, your personalized care plan may include:
Hormone replacement therapy (when appropriate)
ADHD medication management
Laboratory evaluation
Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
Exercise guidance
Sleep optimization
Evidence-informed supplements or herbal teas
Stress management, mindfulness, and journaling practices
Laboratory testing can be ordered through Labcorp or other laboratories when clinically appropriate.
Prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred local or compounding pharmacy.
Insurance
At this time, Life in Balance Integrated Health is a direct-pay practice and does not accept insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Arizona Telehealth
Medical services are available only to patients who are physically located in Arizona at the time of their telehealth appointment.
