I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union (IAAEU) and the Chair of Personnel Economics at Trier University.

On 9 February 2026, I obtained my PhD in economics from the University of Groningen, where I was a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics, Econometrics and Finance (2021-2025). I also completed my Research Master in Economics and Business here at the Faculty of Economics and Business.

My research interest lies in the intersection of behavioral and labor economics. I like to investigate prosocial preferences and behavior using state-of-the-art methods applied to representative survey data and administrative data. This is reflected in my doctoral research on charitable giving and attitudes to climate change.
