Welcome to my website!

I am a third-year PhD candidate at the Department of Economics, Econometrics and Finance, University of Groningen, after having completed my Research Master in Economics and Business here as well (2021).

My interest lies in understanding altruistic preferences and prosocial behavior. This is reflected in my research on charitable giving and attitudes to climate change. I approach these subjects theoretically and empirically using representative survey data and administrative data.
