Shining Ai Inc. (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”) provides LiCoWa: Live Collage Wallpaper (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected when you use the Application, including through integrated analytics and advertising services.
Shining Ai Inc. is the data controller responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the respective roles of third-party providers.

I. Scope of Application
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with the Application and its features, including photo editing, collage and wallpaper creation, AI image generation, content-link recognition, analytics, and advertising.
Third-party websites and services accessed through links or advertisements may have their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before providing information to those services.
II. Information We Collect and How We Use It
1. Device and Technical Information
The Application and its integrated SDKs may collect information such as device model, manufacturer, operating system and version, app version, SDK version, IP address, device or app identifiers, network status, and network carrier.
This information is used to operate the Application, maintain compatibility, analyze performance, deliver advertisements, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse, depending on the information and service involved.
2. App Usage and Diagnostic Information
We and our service providers may collect information about how the Application is used, such as app launches, pages viewed, feature interactions, taps, video views, event duration, and performance or diagnostic information.
This information helps us understand usage, improve features and stability, measure advertising performance, and prevent invalid activity.
3. Information You Provide
If you contact us for support or feedback, we may process your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you voluntarily provide.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate issues, and improve our services.
4. Photos, Editing, and Saving
When you use photo-related features, the Application accesses the photos or other content you select or authorize it to access in order to perform the requested operations, such as applying filters, cropping, rotating, creating collages, or generating wallpapers.
The Application may request access needed to save the resulting images to your device. Access to photos and media is subject to the permissions and controls provided by your operating system.
5. AI Image Generation
When you use AI image generation features, we process the prompts, selected images, or other content you submit as needed to generate and deliver the requested results. Depending on the feature, this processing may involve servers or third-party service providers.
This content is distinct from the device, interaction, and diagnostic information described in the advertising section below. The integration of AdMob does not itself mean that your photos or AI prompts are provided to advertisers.
6. Clipboard and Content-Link Recognition
To support recognition of social media links and help you access or use related content, the Application may read clipboard content when launched to determine whether it contains a relevant link.
The purpose is to identify links and assist with accessing matching resources, such as wallpapers or collage templates. Clipboard content processed for this feature is not used for advertising or unrelated tracking.
Without access to the relevant clipboard content, automatic link recognition may not work. Clipboard access is subject to the controls and restrictions of your operating system.
7. Advertising
The Application uses Google AdMob to provide advertisements. Information processed for advertising may be used to deliver ads, measure their performance, perform analytics, and detect or prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic.

III. Legal Bases and Information Sharing
1. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal information on the following bases, depending on the purpose:
• Performance of a contract: to provide the features and services you request.
• Legitimate interests: to maintain security, investigate problems, improve the Application, and conduct appropriate analytics, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent: where required, including for certain advertising-related storage, access, or personalization.
• Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.
Where consent is required, merely using the Application does not replace the separate consent required by law. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
2. Sharing with Service Providers
We share information with service providers where necessary to operate the Application, provide requested features, analyze usage, display advertisements, measure advertising performance, and prevent fraud or abuse.
These providers include ThinkingData for analytics and Google AdMob for advertising. Service providers involved in delivering particular features may also process the information needed to provide those features.
Information may be transmitted directly from your device to a provider through its SDK. Depending on the service, this may include IP addresses, device or app identifiers, usage and advertising interactions, diagnostic information, or content submitted for a requested feature.
Some of this information may constitute personal information under applicable law. It is not necessarily anonymous or aggregated.
3. Other Disclosures
We may disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal requests, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Application, or others.
4. Sale and Advertising-Related Sharing
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
Certain disclosures for advertising may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under applicable regional privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for the information. Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of such processing. See Sections V and IX for information about your choices and rights.
IV. Third-Party SDKs and Services
A. ThinkingData SDK
The Application integrates the ThinkingData SDK (cn.thinkingdata.android) for usage analytics.
Depending on the SDK version, configuration, and events implemented in the Application, information processed may include:
• IP address and approximate regional information derived from it, such as country, province, or city.
• Device manufacturer, device model, operating system, and operating system version.
• App version, SDK type, and SDK version.
• Device or app identifiers used to distinguish installations or users.
• Network status and network carrier.
• App events, feature interactions, page information, and event duration.
This information is transmitted to the analytics service to help us understand usage, evaluate performance, identify issues, and improve the Application.

B. Google AdMob — Google Mobile Ads SDK
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements where offered.
1. Information Collected and Shared
Depending on the SDK version, configuration, and applicable privacy choices, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following information with Google:
• IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.
• Device and other identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID.
• App and advertising interaction information, such as app launches, taps, and video views.
• Diagnostic information relating to the performance of the Application and SDK, such as launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
Using an IP address to estimate general location does not itself require access to precise GPS location.
2. Purposes
This information may be used to:
• Deliver advertisements.
• Personalize advertisements where permitted and based on applicable consent or privacy choices.
• Measure ad delivery and advertising performance.
• Perform analytics.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic.
3. Personalized and Other Advertisements
The advertisements provided depend on the applicable region, service configuration, and user privacy choices.
Non-personalized or limited advertisements may still involve some information processing for purposes such as ad delivery, reporting, and fraud prevention. Choosing not to receive personalized advertisements does not necessarily stop all advertisements or all advertising-related data processing.

V. Your Privacy Choices
1. Device Permissions
You can manage permissions, such as photo and media access, through your device settings. Withdrawing permissions may prevent related features from working.
2. Advertising ID
You can manage your Android advertising ID through your device settings. Depending on your Android version and device, available controls may include resetting or deleting the advertising ID.
The names and locations of these settings vary. These controls do not necessarily stop advertisements or all other information collection.
3. Advertising Consent and Preferences
Where an advertising consent or privacy-choice interface is provided, you can use its available controls to make or update your choices.

For information processed by Google, you may also use the privacy controls and resources described in Google’s privacy policy.
4. Uninstalling the Application
Uninstalling stops future collection by the Application and its integrated SDKs on that installation. It does not automatically delete information previously collected.
5. Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law.
We may need information reasonably necessary to verify and fulfill your request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
VI. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Where local law establishes a higher age threshold or requires parental authorization for particular processing, those requirements apply.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application without the required authorization, please contact us at licowa1224@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to delete the information or otherwise address the matter as required by law.
VII. Data Retention and Security
1. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing requested features, addressing support requests, maintaining security, and meeting legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purpose of processing, and applicable requirements. Third-party providers may retain information according to their respective roles, service arrangements, and privacy policies.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it as appropriate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
2. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
VIII. International Processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the safeguards required for the relevant processing and transfer arrangements.
