Libtong Elementary School is a complete elementary school as of School Year 1972-1973. The first Principal was Mrs. Paulina M. Soriano (1976-1979), followed by Mr. Protacio Garcia, Mrs. Antonia Endrinal, Dr. Amelia Santiago (1982-1989), Mrs. Zenaida C. Berboso (1999), Jerry R. Camacho, Ed.D. (2000-2007), Mrs. Ma. Leonora B. Cruz (2007-2015), Mrs. Jo Ann B. Galang (2015-2017) and from 2017 up to now, Mrs. Cynthia R. Marcelo is the School Principal of Libtong Elementary School.
