NTUST Turnitin Similarity | Plagiarism Checker
Turnitin is a tool detecting text similarities software used by the university to prevent plagiarism.
Start of the 111th academic year, graduate students should submit the Thesis/Dissertation to the "Turnitin checker " before the degree exam.
Notice: For the rules and details of the comparison percentage(%), please contact your department (office).
1. Postgraduate & Full-time Teacher : Go to Moodle Platform Login . (No Application Necessary)

2.Bachelor, Staff, Part-time Professor, Postdoc: Application by email (Application & Register required)
Note: Just apply for NTUST teachers,students and staff.
Register:Please use your school email to apply: indicate your name, student number/Employee Number/Barcode number on your library card, email address, and explain that you want to apply for a Turnitin account, and send it to lib@mail.ntust.edu.tw
If your application is approved, Turnitin will send a notice to this email. Please use this email address to set up the account. After successfully verified, you would receive another email to create your password.
👉The duration of every comparison class from Library is based on the semester.
Turnitin comparison account valid period: First semester: 9/1~3/31; Second semester: 3/1~9/30
For a new semester, please send application mail again for a new class.
Submitting a paper to Turnitin (turnitin page instruction)
The student homepage is the first page you see after Login to Turnitin. Select your class to open your assignment inbox, and then select the blue Submit button relevant to your paper. Waiting times for Reports and then downloading the Similarity Report. The final page of the downloaded report includes a list of the sources (%) found in the paper.

The originality comparison report will be kept by the of the respective department/graduate institute/ degree program.
The statement & comparison report don't input the thesis PDF file and paper copy.
