Rules and Regulations For Library:

(1) Only registered members are allowed to use the library and facilities.

(2) Registered members are issued an admit card.

(3) Member should produce their admit card whenever required.

(4) Student membership of library is renewed at the beginning of the academic year.

(5) Readers should observe strict silence and switch off their mobile phones in the library premises.

(6) Reader’s tickets/Library admit cards are non-transferable.

(7) Books are normally issued to students for 14 days, Research students for 30 days and Teaching faculty for one year.

(8) Reference books, Dissertations and Theses are not to be issued.

(9) Members are responsible for books issued against their lost tickets.

(10) Issued book returned after due date invite overdue charges of Rs. 1/- per day.

(11) Library can recall any issued book owner demand from other students after a due date.

(12) For loss of library tickets and admit card, readers have to pay Rs.20/- each.

(13) For library deposit refund, members should apply in a prescribed form up to one year period after the expiry of membership; otherwise their deposits will be forfeited.
