No. The bookmark design contest is open only to currently registered Compton College students. Federal Work Study students are also eligible to participate. Classified or certificated employees of Compton College are ineligible.
No! You can use any art medium to create your work. You must only make sure to capture your art as a digital image file so that it can be reproduced for printing as a bookmark.

No! Your design can be in any color you like.
Only ONE design submission per student is accepted.
Submissions must first meet the design criteria to qualify for judging. Qualifying submissions are then juried by Compton College Librarians and art faculty. The top five designs selected by the jury panel will be shared publicly, and Compton College students, faculty, and staff will vote for their favorite design.
Winners are then determined by tallied votes, which will decide the ranking of first, second, third, fourth, and fifth place.
