सदस्यता (Membership)

महाविद्यालय पुस्तकालय में सत्र के प्रारम्भ में प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थियों को सदस्यता प्रदान की जाती है। यह सदस्यता बी.ए., बी.कॉम., और बी.एससी. के विद्यार्थियों के लिए उपलब्ध है।

सदस्यता प्रक्रिया:

1. पंजीकरण:

   • प्रथम वर्ष के विद्यार्थी अपने (fees Slip) पत्र के साथ पुस्तकालय में पंजीकरण करें।

   • पंजीकरण फॉर्म को सही तरीके से भरें और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ जमा करें।

2. सदस्यता कार्ड:

   • पंजीकरण के उपरांत प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को एक सदस्यता कार्ड प्रदान किया जाएगा।

   • सदस्यता कार्ड का उपयोग पुस्तकें उधार लेने और पुस्तकालय की अन्य सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए किया जाएगा।

3. सदस्यता शुल्क:

   • सदस्यता नि:शुल्क है।

4. सदस्यता की शर्तें:

   • सदस्यता केवल सत्र के लिए मान्य होगी।

   • प्रत्येक सत्र के अंत में (30 मार्च तक) सभी पुस्तकें पुस्तकालय में जमा करना अनिवार्य है।

Membership

At the beginning of each academic session, first-year students are granted membership to the college library. This membership is available to BA, BCom, and BSc students.

Membership Process:

Registration:

• First-year students should register in the library with their fee slip.

• Complete the registration form correctly and submit the necessary documents.

Membership Card:

• After registration, each student will be provided with a membership card.

• The membership card will be used for borrowing books and availing other library services.

Membership Fee:

• Membership is free of charge.

Terms and Conditions:

• Membership is valid only for the current academic session.

• All books must be returned to the library by the end of each session (by March 30).
