  • Answer: Sex Ed, Honestly
    • Answer is a national organization that provides and promotes unfettered access to comprehensive sexuality education for young people and the adults who teach them. Answer provides resources for professionals, for teens, and for parents.
  • GenderSpectrum - Gender-Inclusive Puberty and Health Education
    • Gender Spectrum has released a landmark publication outlining the first-ever comprehensive principles for gender-inclusive puberty and health education (PHE). These principles, endorsed by six leading national PHE organizations, are designed to affirm and recognize all students so they can see themselves reflected in their classrooms and learn knowledge and skills associated with healthy behaviors.     • GLSEN has compiled resources that educators can use to ensure that all students are seen and validated in their health and sexuality classes.
  • LGBT Youth - CDC
    • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provide information and resources for youth, schools, and parents about the LGBT experience.
  • Mental Health First Aid
    • Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

    • The Queering Education Research Institute© (QuERI) is an independent think-tank, qualitative research, policy, and training center dedicated to bridging the gap between research and practice in the teaching of LGBTQ students and the creation of LGBTQ youth affirming school environments.   • Queering Sexual Education - Teen Health Source
    • Queering Sex Ed (QSE) is a project at Planned Parenthood Toronto, developing a sex ed resource with and for LGBTQ youth. Resources include language, body positivity, identity, consent, and more.
