• Prompt-based creative and photo-editing features

The App is provided for creative and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, accuracy, or result from using the App.

3. No User Accounts

• The App does not require user registration or account creation.

• You may use the App without providing personal identification information.

4. User Content

4.1 Submitted Content

When using the App, you may submit:

• Text prompts

• Images

You retain ownership of your submitted content.

4.2 License to Operate the App

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use such content solely for providing and improving the App’s functionality.

4.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

• Contain illegal, abusive, or harmful material

5. AI-Generated Images Disclaimer

• The App includes images generated using artificial intelligence (AI).

• AI-generated images are not photographs of real people and do not depict real individuals.

• Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental.

• AI-generated content is provided for illustrative and creative purposes only and should not be relied upon as factual or realistic representations.

6. Intellectual Property

• All App content, including prompts, AI outputs, text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

• You may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes unless explicitly restricted.

• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish App content as a competing service without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the App

• Abuse, overload, or interfere with App functionality

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as real persons or factual material

8. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Payments and Future Features

• The App is currently free to use.

• We may introduce paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions in the future.

• Any payments will be processed exclusively through official app store platforms (Google Play or Apple App Store).

• Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be disclosed before any paid features are introduced.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including analytics, advertising, and app store services. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M. Ait Chi from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
