LIBC support divides the available scanning time every 2 months. It is also possible to book slots more last minute (see page request scan time).

The slots in the scan calendar that are available for reservation in the upcoming planning are any slot outside of the [R] training and development slots.

About 4 weeks in advance of every period of 2 months we will process all requests and finalize the planning. Please make sure your scan time requests are in before the due date. You will find the due date in the calendar.
The available hours will be shared between all researchers proportionally based on the estimated hours per 2 months looking at the ethical approval letter.
