Questions & Answers!
This is a great question and one I get asked often! Photos are wonderful - and you should invest in a great photographer. The moments and memories that your photographer captures are memories that last a lifetime. Video does the same thing. Your wedding day FLIES by and it is truly so hard to remember the little moments as they occur. That's what I am here for! Think about that moment when your mom helps you into your dress, or when your flower girl and ringbearer walk down the aisle. Those are the moments I get to capture and deliver to you!
Let me explain it this way. I was a 2022 bride. I knew from the start that I wanted to hire a videographer, but my husband was a little bit on the fence (this was before I started capturing weddings). The moment we pulled out of our reception, we chatted about all those little moments AND how much fun we had all day. We discussed how we wished we could relive those moments over and over and how badly we wanted to hold onto those little moments. At that moment, we were SO GLAD that we had hired a videographer. We couldn't wait until the day our video was delivered to see everything all over again.
You may think. why would I spend all that money on something that we will watch once or twice? That may be the case, but I find that it usually isn't. Your videos are something that you can share with friends and family, watch on anniversaries, or show your future children. You may even find yourself watching it when you're feeling down or when you just need a little reminder of how loved you are.

My mini package is 5 hours and my standard package is 8 hours. If you need more time or are looking for something a bit more specific, let's chat.
Yes, absolutely!
We do our absolute best to not get in the way of your big day. I like to take a "fly-on-the-wall" approach to your wedding day. We are there to capture your day as it occurs, which means allowing the day to flow naturally. During your portraits, bridal party, and family photos, we may do some prompting (this just helps bring your film together). We will also coordinate with photographers as much as possible on the day of to ensure you get the best from everyone!
Both of my packages include a sneak peek and a longer edit. Your sneak peek will be delivered within a week and the longer edit will be delivered within a month. You may get them sooner, it just depends on how busy we are!
First, please reach out to me, either on social media or via the contact page. We will discuss your vision to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. Then, I will send you a contract. I require a signed contract and deposit to hold your date.
I PROMISE you won't be. I try to take a fly-on-the-wall approach and let your day flow naturally, so this cuts most of the "awkward" out. When it comes to the few posed shots, I will give you some prompts, and 99% of the time, it comes naturally! If I ever ask you to do something that you are uncomfortable with, you can tell me no! No questions asked.
I use royalty-free music for your wedding video to respect copywriting laws and to make easily shareable videos. I try to select music that fits each couple and the vibe of their day, but I am also open to suggestions if you are looking for something more specific.
