LIA VPN follows a data-minimization approach. We collect and process only information that is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the application and its services.

LIA VPN does not require users to create an account or provide payment information to use the core VPN service.

1.1 Device and Technical Information

When you use LIA VPN, certain limited technical information may be processed automatically by the application or by third-party services integrated into the application.

Depending on your device and operating system, this information may include:

• Device model;

• Operating system and version;

• LIA VPN application version;

• Language and regional settings;

• General device configuration;

• Advertising identifier, where permitted and available;

• A pseudonymous application or installation identifier;

LIA VPN does not use this information to create a profile of your VPN browsing activity.

1.2 VPN Activity and Connection Data

LIA VPN is designed to minimize the collection and retention of information about your VPN activity.

We do not intentionally log or store:

• DNS queries made through the VPN;

• The contents of your Internet traffic;

• Files transferred through the VPN;

• Search queries;

• Permanent VPN session history;

• Permanent records of VPN connection timestamps or session duration.

A VPN connection necessarily requires limited technical information to be processed temporarily in order to establish and maintain the network connection. This may include network information such as an IP address while the connection is active.

Such technical information is not intentionally retained by LIA VPN as a permanent record of your VPN activity.

LIA VPN does not intentionally create a database of users' browsing activities or VPN connection histories.

1.3 Firebase Analytics

LIA VPN may use Google Firebase Analytics to understand general application usage and improve the application.

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect certain information, depending on your device, configuration, consent status, and Google's services. This may include:

• App installation or instance information;

• Device type and operating-system information;

• Application version;

• General geographic information such as country or region;

• App events and interactions;

• Session information;

• Advertising-related identifiers where applicable;

• General technical information.

We use analytics information to:

• Understand how features are used;

Firebase Analytics is not used by LIA VPN to intentionally record the contents of your VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or the websites you visit through the VPN.

Firebase Analytics is operated by Google and may process information according to Google's applicable privacy policies.

1.4 Firebase Crashlytics

LIA VPN may use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, errors, and stability problems.

Crashlytics may collect technical information associated with a crash, which may include:

• Operating-system version;

• Crash information;

• Application state at the time of a crash;

• Installation or instance identifiers;

Crashlytics is not intended to collect the contents of your VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or the websites you access through the VPN.

Crashlytics is a service provided by Google and its processing of information is subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

1.5 Google AdMob

LIA VPN may use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the application.

AdMob and its advertising partners may process certain information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

Depending on your device, location, consent choices, and applicable laws, this information may include:

• Advertising identifier;

• Device information;

• IP address;

• Application information;

• Approximate location derived from network information;

• Advertisement interactions;

• Information relating to advertising performance.

The information processed by AdMob may be used to:

If you voluntarily contact us for customer support, we may receive information that you choose to provide, such as:

Analytics and crash information may be retained according to the retention settings and policies of the relevant third-party services, including Firebase.

Advertising-related information may be processed and retained by Google and its advertising partners according to their applicable policies.

Information voluntarily provided to customer support may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated where appropriate.

4. Third-Party Services

LIA VPN uses certain third-party services to operate and improve the application.

• Google Firebase Analytics — application analytics and usage measurement;

• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and application stability;

• Google AdMob — in-app advertising.

These third-party providers may independently process certain information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

LIA VPN does not control all information-processing activities performed independently by these providers.

5. Information We Do Not Sell

LIA VPN does not sell your VPN browsing history or the contents of your VPN traffic to advertisers or other third parties.

We do not intentionally monetize or sell:

• Your browsing history;

• Your DNS query history;

• The contents of your VPN traffic;

• Your VPN destination history;

• Your personal communications transmitted through the VPN.

Advertising displayed through LIA VPN may be provided by Google AdMob and its advertising partners, which may independently process advertising-related information as described in their applicable policies.

6. No User Account or Payment Information

The core LIA VPN application does not require users to create an account or provide payment-card information to establish a VPN connection.

LIA VPN does not directly collect or store:

• Credit-card numbers;

• Debit-card numbers;

• Bank-account credentials;

• Payment-card security codes;

• User account passwords for a LIA VPN account.

If LIA VPN introduces account registration, subscriptions, payments, or other features requiring additional personal information in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the relevant processing before or when such features are introduced, as required by applicable law.

7. Advertising and Consent

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where consent is legally required for personalized advertising or certain forms of data processing, LIA VPN will provide an appropriate consent mechanism.

You may also have the ability to change advertising or privacy preferences through your device settings or the controls provided within the application.

Your choice regarding personalized advertising does not prevent you from using the core VPN functionality, except where a particular feature technically or legally requires otherwise.

However, no Internet service, network transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
