DASHBOARD HIGHLIGHTS
RECOMMENDATIONS
Revive Electronics & Clothing Sales:
The sharp drop in quantity sold between June and July was tied to reduced purchases in electronics and clothing. Strategic campaigns including discounts, product bundles, or promotional offers should be focused on these categories.
Monitor COD Transactions:
COD contributed to the largest drop in quantity during the period under review. It’s recommended to review customer experience around COD orders, including delivery times, return rates, or failed deliveries.
Capitalize on High-Performing States:
States like Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh consistently drive high sales. Consider expanding distribution or exclusive offers in these regions to boost brand loyalty.
Plan Around Seasonal Demand:
March saw the highest volume of purchases. This could indicate seasonal or festival-driven behavior. Align inventory and campaigns ahead of these peak months.
