1. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time, for any reason.

2. Items are made in a home with pets, both a cat and dogs. If you have any allergies please let me know prior and I will be extra diligent to remove as much fur as possible before the order is shipped.

3. (Temporary) Some of my materials have come from my previous home which had frequent cigarette smokers in it. For the time being im offering customers choice of 1 free smell good/odor destroying sprays from Etsy that are under $15

4. I am a Chronically Ill individual who is currently un-medicated due to lack of insurance. This being said, please be aware that my health comes before my work. Please allow, and understand, that orders can take anywhere fluxuate from 2 - 8 months depending on complexity, order size and time of year due to my conditions being worse in colder months.

Age Restrictions

1. 18 & Over: No order restrictions.

2. Minors over 16: I will work with you but parental/legal guardian’s permission is required and the max suit type I will make is a Partial.

3. Minors 15 & Under: Sorry but I do not work with anyone younger than 16

Quote Requirements

1. I require a non-shaded digital reference sheet that has, at minimum, front and back illustrations of your character. If you cannot provide this your commission will be rejected

2. Quick quotes are free at any and all times. This comes with no art and will give you the most vague price quote. Cannot request fur swatch changes, I pick the most accurate I am able to find

   • Quick quotes are have non-honorable pricing meaning the price you get from a quote may not be the same as what your real quote entails

3. Full quotes are 35$ at any and all times. This comes with Artwork of your character, in my style and will give you full control over materials & color swatches

   • Full Quote pricings are honored for 6 months from the date of payment. This means whatever you are quoted is what you’ll pay when I take your commission

     • Note: if you swap character design, suit type or have major changes to the original character you provided, your quote is no longer honorable

Payment Plans

1. Payment is only accepted through PayPal at this time

   • For returning/trusted customers I will accept CashApp as well

2. Orders $400 & Below: Must be paid in full before I begin work

   • Payment plans are accepted but no materials will be ordered/work will begin until it is paid in full

3. Orders Higher than $400: May be paid in payment plans but a 40% non-refundable down payment fee is required to be paid in full before I order materials or begin work

   • The non-refundable fee covers Materials, Shipping Fees & Shipping Insurance

Cancellations & Refund Policy

1. Once materials have been cut to your suit specific needs, no full refund can be given

2. Once fur has been glued down OR more than 50% of your suit has been mostly/fully completed there is no refundability of your order

   • If payment is not completed in 4 months of refusal to pay, your order will be forfeited and your suit will be altered and resold as a premade

   • Head - 50%

   • Handpaws/Sleeves - 25%

   • Feet Paws - 25%

   • Tails - 25%

3. If your order is cancelled, by me or the customer, refunds can take upwards of 1 year to be fully refunded

   • Fursuit making is my only source of income so please be patient

   • Time frame of refund also depends on the original price of your order

Shipping Info

1. Shipping is strictly done through UPS

2. Shipping costs & Insurance fees are included in total order cost

   • If your order is severely damaged (unwearable) or lost in transit, I will remake your suit however it will fall to the end of my current queue line

   • Insurance can be removed at customers request. If insurance is removed, I am no longer responsible if it becomes damaged or lost in transit as you have forfeited the included insurance

Warranty & Repairs

1. I offer a 6 month warranty on all items made. Within that time if something happens that is not caused by outside forces (mishandling, pet damage, intentional cuts, staining or purposeful seam ripping) I will be more than happy to accept it back for free repairs

2. Shipping on any item needing repairs is to be covered by the commissioner, including when your item is returned

Rush Order Policy

1. I only accept rush orders on suits that are within the final 25% of completion

   • All rush orders are a base price of $150

Providing your own materials

1. You are allowed to send me materials you wish to be used. HOWEVER, you are required to have them ready to go when your commission is ordered so as to not slow down or back up my queue.

   • Proof of quantity: You must provide me with an image of how much material you have so I can confirm it will be enough for your order.

   • Materials must also be sent before I order any remaining materials. This is to ensure I have all materials needed to start your suit
