BK21 FOUR R&E Center for Learning Health Systems

A learning health system (AHRQ): a health system in which internal data and experience are systematically integrated with external evidence, and that knowledge is put into practice. As a result, patients get higher quality, safer, more efficient care, and health care delivery organizations become better places to work.


This program aims to educate tomorrow’s leaders in learning health systems based on the population health perspective, understanding importance of daily life is digitalized and analyzed to create new knowledge; and the system that continuously renews daily life.

Through this, we pursue a community-based total  learning health system was created to combine various resources of the community to which

they belong; and provides a total customized healthcare solution by digitalizing, integrating, sharing them, and aiming to build a living lab to do.
