Currently, general assessment billing is done on an annual (Jan.) or biannual (Jan./Jul.) payment system. Monthly sewer payments through bank Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions are an option starting with July 2024 payments. Invoices for our July 2026 billing have been mailed to customers on 6/26/26. Please remember to make your check out to LHRCSD. You may also use electronic means to pay via Intuit QuickBooks. The Liberty Hills Reorganized Common Sewer District (LHRCSD) will be discussing rate changes, effective January 1st 2027, at the monthly Board of Director’s Meeting on Tuesday, November 17th, 2026 at 7:00pm, at the Mid-Continent Public Library, Wither’s Branch Community Room (1665 S Withers Road Liberty, MO 64068).
