Academic Director Hours are short, structured advising sessions to help you get clear on your next steps and connect you to the right LHPO resources. Use these hours for semester planning, building a realistic pre-health timeline, choosing activities (clinical, research, service), and resume feedback. This is not tutoring, counseling, or full personal statement writing. You’ll leave with concrete action steps and resources for your situation. A brief intake form is required so the session stays focused and useful!
