GUARDIAN AD LITEM FEES
These fees are generally set by the Order on Appointment; my private rate is $250 per hour with a maximum fee of $6,300.
ATTORNEY FEES
These fees are case specific, but generally expected to be $300 per hour.
JUSTICE OF THE PEACE FEES
The fee is $10.00 for each oath, witness, service or certification.
For depositions (RSA 517), there is a fee of $50.00, with .20/mile when traveling to swear in witnesses.
There are no fees for administering and certifying oaths of office of town officers
