RULES

Eligibility
The Last Hope International Film Festival accepts short narrative (fiction) films only with a maximum runtime of 25 minutes, including credits. Films must have been completed on or after January 1, 2024.

Submissions
Films from all countries are welcome. Non-English films must include English subtitles. Student films, debut works, and independent productions are eligible. Submission fees are non-refundable.

Selection
All films are reviewed by the festival selection committee. The jury reserves the right to place films in the category that best reflects their artistic style or genre.

Screening Rights
By submitting a film, the filmmaker grants the festival a non-exclusive right to screen the film as part of the official festival program and related promotional activities.

Promotion
Film stills, trailers, and excerpts may be used for festival promotion and marketing.

Agreement
By submitting a film, the applicant confirms they hold all necessary rights and agree to all festival rules and conditions.
