ZOOM

To join a call, you will need a Meeting ID (9 or 10 digit number) and password - both must be given to you from the host of the call. You may also be sent a direct link - just click/tap it on your device. You do not need to create a Zoom account to login.

When joining a ZOOM meeting, your webcam and microphone will be deactivated. You may enable your camera if you are okay for all meeting participants to see you. Please join a video call in an appropriate location and appropriately dressed, especially if at home.

Please activate your microphone only when you wish to speak to the group. Once a microphone detects sound, that participant becomes the subject of the meeting. This may interrupt presenters inadvertantly, so please stay muted. If you wish to speak, we kindly ask you to click the 'Raise Hand' button to get the attention of the host/presenter.
