# Privacy Policy — LGS Matematik Testleri
## 1. About This Policy
LGS Matematik Testleri (“the App”) is an educational mathematics practice application.
The App does not require an account. The App itself does not transmit personal data or learning progress to the Developer. Learning progress and preferences are stored locally on the user’s device.
If you voluntarily contact the Developer by email, the information contained in that correspondence is processed as described in Section 4.
## 2. Data Handled by the App
### 2.1 Data Not Collected by the App
The App does not transmit to the Developer:
* Names, email addresses, or other contact information
* Account or login information
* Device or advertising identifiers
* Precise or approximate location
* Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
* Analytics or advertising data
* User activity or learning progress
* Payment card, bank account, or other payment credentials
The App does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-integrated crash-reporting SDKs.
Apple or Google may independently process certain technical, diagnostic, transaction, or platform information as part of operating their respective app-store and device services, subject to their own privacy practices.
### 2.2 Data Stored Locally
The App stores limited information locally on the device so that its features work correctly. This may include:
* Completed questions
* Correct and incorrect answer progress
* Daily and all-time scores
* Progress dates and timestamps
* Selected language and App preferences
* Subscription access status
This information remains on the device and is not stored on a Developer-operated server.
Local App information is generally removed when the App is uninstalled. On supported devices, it may also be removed by clearing the App’s data through the device settings.
## 3. Monthly Subscription and App Store Services
The App offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store or Google Play.
Subscription payments are processed by the applicable app store. The Developer does not receive or have access to payment card numbers, bank account information, app-store passwords, or other payment credentials.
The App processes subscription information provided by the applicable app store only as necessary to activate or restore subscription access. The Developer does not operate a server that receives or stores this subscription information.
Apple and Google may process information in connection with subscriptions, purchase restoration, app-store services, diagnostics, and related platform functions under their respective privacy policies:

## 4. Contacting the Developer
The App does not automatically collect your contact information.
If you choose to contact the Developer by email, the Developer will receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments that you voluntarily provide.
This information is processed only as necessary to:
* Respond to your request or provide support
* Maintain records where reasonably necessary
* Establish, exercise, or protect legal rights
* Comply with applicable legal obligations
The information is obtained directly from you when you send an email. Depending on the nature of the communication, processing is based on the Developer’s legitimate interests in providing support and managing correspondence, the establishment, exercise, or protection of legal rights, and/or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The Developer uses Google Gmail as the email service provider. Accordingly, email correspondence may be processed or stored by Google, including on systems located outside Türkiye, for the purpose of providing email services.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in support messages unless it is necessary for your request.
## 5. Children’s Privacy
The App does not require registration and does not provide chat, social networking, public posting, or other features through which users submit personal information to the Developer.
Children should not contact the Developer directly by email. Where support is required for a child, a parent or legal guardian should make the contact on the child’s behalf.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to the Developer, please contact the Developer using the address below so that the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.
## 6. Your Privacy Rights
Because learning progress and other App information are stored locally and are not transmitted to a Developer-operated server, the Developer generally does not hold App data that can be accessed, corrected, or deleted on your behalf.
You can remove locally stored App data by uninstalling the App or, where supported, by clearing its data through your device settings.
Where the Developer processes personal data contained in correspondence you have voluntarily sent, you may have rights under applicable data-protection law.
Under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), you may, subject to the conditions provided by law:
* Learn whether your personal data is being processed
* Request information if your personal data has been processed
* Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
* Learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad
* Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
* Request deletion or destruction of personal data where the applicable legal conditions are met
* Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred, where applicable
* Object to a result arising against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
* Request compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing of personal data
To exercise rights concerning personal data held by the Developer, contact the Developer using the email address in Section 8.
## 7. Data Retention and Security
Local progress, preferences, and subscription access status remain on the device until they are deleted, the App’s data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, comply with applicable legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or protect legal rights. It is deleted when it is no longer required for those purposes.
Purchase, subscription, diagnostic, and other records maintained independently by Apple or Google are subject to their respective retention practices.
Local App information is stored using storage facilities provided by the device and operating system. The Developer does not operate a server that stores users’ learning progress or App activity.

# Gizlilik Politikası — LGS Matematik Testleri
## 1. Bu Politika Hakkında
LGS Matematik Testleri (“Uygulama”), matematik alanında eğitim ve alıştırma amacıyla kullanılan bir mobil uygulamadır.
Uygulama, kullanıcı hesabı oluşturulmasını gerektirmez. Uygulamanın kendisi, kişisel verileri veya öğrenme ilerlemesine ilişkin bilgileri Geliştiriciye iletmez. Öğrenme ilerlemesi ve tercihler, kullanıcının cihazında yerel olarak saklanır.
Geliştiriciyle kendi isteğinizle e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçmeniz halinde, söz konusu yazışmada yer alan bilgiler Bölüm 4’te açıklandığı şekilde işlenir.
## 2. Uygulama Tarafından İşlenen Bilgiler
### 2.1 Uygulama Tarafından Geliştiriciye İletilmeyen Veriler
Uygulama aşağıdaki verileri Geliştiriciye iletmez:
* Ad, e-posta adresi veya diğer iletişim bilgileri
* Hesap veya giriş bilgileri
* Cihaz tanımlayıcıları veya reklam tanımlayıcıları
* Kesin veya yaklaşık konum bilgileri
* Kişiler, fotoğraflar, kamera veya mikrofon verileri
* Analiz veya reklam verileri
* Kullanıcı etkinliği veya öğrenme ilerlemesi
* Ödeme kartı, banka hesabı veya diğer ödeme bilgileri
Uygulama; reklam, analiz, takip veya Geliştirici tarafından entegre edilmiş hata raporlama SDK’ları içermez.
Apple veya Google, kendi uygulama mağazası ve cihaz hizmetlerinin işletilmesi kapsamında belirli teknik, tanılama, işlem veya platform bilgilerini kendi gizlilik uygulamalarına tabi olarak bağımsız şekilde işleyebilir.
### 2.2 Cihazda Yerel Olarak Saklanan Bilgiler
Uygulama, özelliklerinin düzgün şekilde çalışabilmesi amacıyla sınırlı miktarda bilgiyi cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak saklar. Bunlar aşağıdakileri içerebilir:
* Tamamlanan sorular
* Doğru ve yanlış cevaplara ilişkin ilerleme bilgileri
* Günlük ve tüm zamanlara ait puanlar
* İlerlemeye ilişkin tarih ve zaman bilgileri
* Seçilen dil ve Uygulama tercihleri
* Abonelik erişim durumu
Bu bilgiler cihazda kalır ve Geliştirici tarafından işletilen herhangi bir sunucuda saklanmaz.
Uygulamaya ait yerel bilgiler, genel olarak Uygulama cihazdan kaldırıldığında silinir. Desteklenen cihazlarda bu bilgiler, cihaz ayarları üzerinden Uygulama verilerinin temizlenmesi yoluyla da silinebilir.
## 3. Aylık Abonelik ve Uygulama Mağazası Hizmetleri
Uygulama, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden aylık ve otomatik olarak yenilenen bir abonelik sunar.
Abonelik ödemeleri ilgili uygulama mağazası tarafından işlenir. Geliştirici; ödeme kartı numaralarına, banka hesabı bilgilerine, uygulama mağazası parolalarına veya diğer ödeme bilgilerine erişmez ve bunları almaz.
Uygulama, ilgili uygulama mağazasının sağladığı abonelik bilgilerini yalnızca abonelik erişiminin etkinleştirilmesi veya geri yüklenmesi için gerekli olduğu ölçüde işler. Geliştirici, bu abonelik bilgilerinin alındığı veya saklandığı bir sunucu işletmez.
Apple ve Google; abonelikler, satın alımların geri yüklenmesi, uygulama mağazası hizmetleri, tanılama hizmetleri ve bunlarla bağlantılı diğer platform işlevleri kapsamında bilgileri kendi gizlilik politikaları uyarınca işleyebilir:

## 4. Geliştiriciyle İletişime Geçilmesi
Uygulama, iletişim bilgilerinizi otomatik olarak toplamaz.
Geliştiriciyle e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçmeyi tercih etmeniz halinde Geliştirici; e-posta adresinizi, mesajınızın içeriğini ve kendi isteğinizle ilettiğiniz diğer bilgileri veya ekleri alır.
Bu bilgiler yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçların gerektirdiği ölçüde işlenir:
* Talebinize yanıt verilmesi veya destek sağlanması
* Makul ölçüde gerekli kayıtların tutulması
* Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması
* İlgili mevzuattan doğan hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
Bu bilgiler, tarafınızdan e-posta gönderilmesi suretiyle doğrudan sizden elde edilir. İletişimin niteliğine göre kişisel verilerin işlenmesi; destek sağlanması ve yazışmaların yönetilmesine ilişkin Geliştiricinin meşru menfaatlerine, bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olmasına ve/veya Geliştiricinin hukuki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmesi için veri işlemenin zorunlu olmasına dayanabilir.
Geliştirici, e-posta hizmet sağlayıcısı olarak Google Gmail hizmetini kullanmaktadır. Bu nedenle e-posta yazışmaları, e-posta hizmetinin sağlanması amacıyla Google tarafından işlenebilir veya Türkiye dışında bulunan sistemlerde saklanabilir.
Destek mesajlarında, talebiniz bakımından gerekli olmadıkça özel nitelikli kişisel verileri veya diğer hassas bilgileri paylaşmamanız önerilir.
## 5. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama, kayıt olmayı gerektirmez ve kullanıcıların Geliştiriciye kişisel veri gönderebileceği sohbet, sosyal ağ, herkese açık paylaşım veya benzeri özellikler sunmaz.
Çocukların Geliştiriciyle doğrudan e-posta yoluyla iletişime geçmemesi gerekir. Bir çocuk için desteğe ihtiyaç duyulması halinde, iletişimin veli veya yasal temsilci tarafından gerçekleştirilmesi gerekir.
Bir çocuğun Geliştiriciye kişisel veri ilettiğini düşünüyorsanız, söz konusu verilerin incelenebilmesi ve uygun olduğu durumlarda silinebilmesi için aşağıdaki iletişim bilgilerini kullanarak Geliştiriciyle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
## 6. Kişisel Verilerinize İlişkin Haklarınız
Öğrenme ilerlemesi ve Uygulamaya ilişkin diğer bilgiler cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak saklandığından ve Geliştirici tarafından işletilen bir sunucuya iletilmediğinden, Geliştirici genel olarak sizin adınıza erişilebilecek, düzeltilebilecek veya silinebilecek Uygulama verilerine sahip değildir.
Yerel olarak saklanan Uygulama verilerini, Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırarak veya desteklenen cihazlarda cihaz ayarları üzerinden Uygulama verilerini temizleyerek silebilirsiniz.
Geliştiricinin, kendi isteğinizle gönderdiğiniz yazışmalarda yer alan kişisel verileri işlemesi halinde, yürürlükteki kişisel verilerin korunmasına ilişkin mevzuat kapsamında çeşitli haklara sahip olabilirsiniz.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (“KVKK”) 11. maddesi uyarınca ve Kanunda öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde:
* Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
* Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
* Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
* Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
* Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
* KVKK’da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
* Düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin, uygulanabilir olduğu ölçüde, kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
* İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
* Kişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
haklarına sahipsiniz.
Geliştiricinin elinde bulunan kişisel verilere ilişkin haklarınızı kullanmak için Bölüm 8’de belirtilen e-posta adresi üzerinden Geliştiriciyle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
## 7. Verilerin Saklanması ve Güvenliği
Yerel olarak tutulan ilerleme bilgileri, tercihler ve abonelik erişim durumu; silinene, Uygulama verileri temizlenene veya Uygulama cihazdan kaldırılana kadar cihaz üzerinde saklanır.
Destek yazışmaları yalnızca talebin yanıtlanması, yürürlükteki mevzuattan doğan hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi veya bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması ya da korunması için makul ölçüde gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanır. Bu amaçlar bakımından artık gerekli olmadığında silinir.
Apple veya Google tarafından bağımsız olarak tutulan satın alma, abonelik, tanılama ve diğer kayıtlar, ilgili şirketlerin kendi saklama uygulamalarına tabidir.
Uygulamaya ait yerel bilgiler, cihaz ve işletim sistemi tarafından sağlanan depolama imkânları kullanılarak saklanır. Geliştirici, kullanıcıların öğrenme ilerlemesini veya Uygulama içindeki etkinliklerini saklayan bir sunucu işletmez.
