I love to help women build confidence, lift weights and change their mentality towards their self belief and what they can achieve.
I have helped over 300 women reach goals they never thought possible and are still making even progress today.
I am here to support you through your journey and get you where you want to be, no matter what life throws at you.
Group Personal trainingc(15 max in one session)
Training is Strength based using bodyweight and equipment - Coached by myself
Female Only group members
Runs outdoor all year round (we train in all weather)
Nutrition guidance given
Based in south Manchester(Withington M20)
Sessions run 5 days a week and each session lasts 45mins.
Times they run
Mon - Wed- Fridays 6am 9,30am 6,15pm . Tuesday 6am & 6.15pm. Sat 8am
Commitment is to attend 3 sessions per week
Total for the 6week program is £199.00
