3.5 - Data Portability

Name of pattern: Data Portability

Purpose: To record the data portability process between two companies.

Usage:

• Data portability is requested to the data operator.

Example: The data subject wishes to carry out data portability between two companies. Therefore, the data subject contacts the company to which his/her data should be ported and he/she contacts the company that maintains his/her current data. Ideally, this pattern exists in both companies.
