DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-145 dated October 27, 2020 mandated all Barangays to resume the submission of their regular monthly reports on their compliance with the conduct of Road Clearing Operations every 15th day of the ensuing month.

DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-116 dated September 01, 2020, entitled: Refocusing the Disiplina Muna National Advocacy Campaign Towards Defeating the COVID-19 Pandemic through the :BIDA ang may Disiplina: Solusyon sa COVID-19 Program requires for the submission of narrative report on the Disiplina Muna activities conducted in the region, every last Thursday of the month.

Submission of Reports on the Number of Availees/Beneficiaries, pursuant to Republic Act No. 11261, otherwise known as the "First Time Jobseekers Assistance Act, shall be made on or before the 5th day of the ensuing month thru bit.ly/FTJ_IX.

DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2014-81 dated July 15, 2014, all barangays are directed to post in an area inside the barangay hall that can be easily viewed by the public and on their website (if available), the following documents as prescribed by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

1. Barangay Budget

2. Summary of Income and Expenditures

3. 20% Component of the IRA Utilization

4. Annual Procurement Plan or Procurement List

5. List of Notices of Award

6. Itemized Monthly Collections and Disbursements

Further, all DILG Regional Directors are directed to submit the accomplished Barangay Full Disclosure Policy (BFDP) Form 4 on the following schedule:

For 1st Quarter Report - on or before April 30

2nd Quarter Report - on or before July 30

3rd Quarter Report - on or before October 30

4th Quarter Report - on or before January 30 of the ensuing year

However, pursuant to NBOO Advisory dated May 7, 2021, submission of monitoring report is extended until Second Semester of CY2021.

Undersecretary Ricojudge Janvier M. Echiverri issued an Advisory dated May 3, 2021 with subject, "Updated Reporting Form and Guidelines for the Submission of Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) Quarterly Report for 2021, provides for the modified monitoring form to be used in the submission of report on CBDRP. Quarterly report shall be consolidated and submitted every 12th day of the ensuing month of every quarter using the Report Form 3 which can be accessed thru bit.ly/CBDRP_RIX.

DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-100 dated July 17, 2020 mandated for the monitoring of LGU's compliance with the Establishment of a Network of Cycling Lanes and Walking Paths to Support People's Mobility. Submission of reports shall be made quarterly, every 5th day of the succeeding month of each quarter, thru bit.ly/r9cyclinglanes.

DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-149 dated August 30, 2019, with subject, "Amending DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-140, titled, "Implementing Guidelines on the Full Disclosure of Local Budget and Finances, and Bids and Public Offerings", local government units are mandated to post 14 required documents in at least three (3) conspicuous places and in the Full Disclosure Policy Portal which may be accessed using any web browser, through the link: http://fdpp.dilg.gov.ph.

Submission of Quarterly Consolidated Katarungang Pambarangay (KP) Compliance Report shall be made on or before the 15th day of the ensuing quarter

DILG Memorandum Circular 2013-61 dated July 8, 2013 mandated DILG Field Offices to submit semestral report on the data of registration of Kasambahay every July 15 and January 15 to the DILG Central Office through National Barangay Operations Office (NBOO).

Pursuant to the Proclamation No. 599, series of 2018, all barangays are enjoined to hold their respective barangay assemblies for each semester on any of the Saturdays and Sundays of March and October, every year.

Consequently, DILG Regional and Field Offices are also enjoined to submit reports on the conduct of Barangay Assembly to DILG Central Office thru NBOO, every semester.

Pursuant to the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-143 dated August 27, 2019, all local government units through their Peace and Order Council Secretariats are mandated to ensure the preparation and submission of LGUs' Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan accomplishment reports and POC Secretariat report, every 30th day of August for 1st Semester accomplishments, and every 3oth day of March of the ensuing year for 2nd semester accomplishments and annual report.

DILG-DDB Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2018-01 dated May 21, 2018 and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2018-135 dated August 16, 2018, mandated all DILG Field Officers to assess annually the functionality of BADAC within their respective areas of jurisdiction based on the indicators provided under Item V (B)(6)(a) of JMC 2018-01, within the months of January - March of current year with previous year under review. Submission of Regional Monitoring Reports shall be made on or before the last Friday of May of the current year.

However, pursuant to the Advisory dated May 7, 2021 from NBOO, the schedule for the submission of Regional Consolidated Report for the BADAC FY2020 Functionality Audit is extended until July 30, 2021. Hence, all DILG Field Officers are given until July 16, 2021 to submit their audit results to the Regional Office.

For BADAC FY 2021 Functionality Audit with FY2020 Performance under review, submission of Consolidated Assessment Results to the Regional Office shall be on or before September 16, 2021.

DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-112 dated July 17, 2019, mandated all DILG Field Officers to ensure that all barangays within their areas of jurisdiction are assessed on their BDC Functionality by the City/Municipal Assessment Teams which shall be organized in each City/Municipality.

The assessment of the functionality of Barangay Development Council shall be conducted annually within the months of July-September of the current year with previous year under review.

Submission of Regional Assessment Results shall be made on or before September 30 of every year. The DILG Regional Office shall prescribe the schedules of submission of provincial and city/municipal assessment results provided that the regional assessment results will be submitted not later than September 30.

DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-047 dated February 27, 2020, mandated all DILG Field Officers to ensure that all barangays within their areas of jurisdiction are assessed on their BPOC Functionality. A BPOC Evaluation Task Force shall be created in each city/municipality by the City/Municipal Mayor to conduct the BPOC Functionality assessment.

BPOC Functionality assessment shall be conducted annually within January - March of the current year with the previous year under review and submission of regional assessment report shall be made on or before April 30 of the current year.

However, pursuant to the NBOO Advisory dated May 7, 202, the submission of BPOC FY 2021 Functionality Audit Regional Consolidated Report is extended until September 30, 2021.

Pursuant to the COA-DBM-DILG-DND-GCG Joint Circular No. 2015-01 dated January 8, 2015, LGUs with Confidential Fund shall submit Quarterly Accomplishment Report on the Use of Confidential Fund, which must be duly certified by the Head of Agency, not later than 15th day of the first of the succeeding quarter, to the Secretary of the Interior and Local Government.

Pursuant to the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2018-216 dated December 28, 2018, DILG Regional Office shall submit reports on the implementation of Executive Order No. 28, series of 2017, to BLGS, every January 10 and July 10, using the prescribed reporting form template, which shall contain statistics on the victims of firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devices per city and municipality.
