The manual emphasizes a whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach, promoting collaboration between various government agencies, scientific institutions, private sector, civil society organizations, and communities to build disaster and climate resilience. It also stresses the importance of science-based information, community participation, and continuous capacity-building efforts. 

The "OPERATION L!STO DISASTER PREPAREDNESS MANUAL for Provinces, Cities, and Municipalities - Landslide Edition v1" represents a significant step forward in our collective efforts to enhance disaster preparedness and resilience. 

This manual is designed to serve as a vital resource for provincial, city, and municipal disaster risk reduction and management councils (LDRRMCs). It provides detailed protocols, preparedness steps, and response mechanisms tailored to address the unique challenges posed by landslides.

This "LISTO Manual on Disaster Preparedness for Tsunamis" is a guide for Local Chief Executives (City and Municipalities) in the Philippines, developed by the DILG Local Government Academy in response to recommendations from DOST-PHIVOLCS to scale up tsunami preparedness.

The manual outlines the various roles of LCEs in tsunami preparedness, including approving ordinances, submitting reports, promoting tsunami awareness in schools and health facilities, leading development councils, and exercising supervision over barangays.

This "Operation Listo Tsunami Toolkit" (2018, updated 2021) is a comprehensive guide developed by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), and Local Government Academy (LGA) to enhance tsunami preparedness and resilience in Philippine communities. It is designed for safety practitioners, Local Government Units (LGUs), and community leaders who act as frontline responders. 

The toolkit provides specific actions for both "Alpha - Distant Tsunami" (2 hours before impact) and "Bravo - Local Tsunami" (20 minutes before impact) scenarios, including activating contingency plans, warning systems, and mobilizing response teams. It also incorporates considerations for a pandemic context, such as maintaining physical distancing and ensuring masks and hygiene supplies are available in evacuation areas. 

This document, "Gabay at Mapa para sa Listong Pamilyang Pilipino" (Guide and Map for the Prepared Filipino Family), is a disaster preparedness program that emphasizes "tamang paghahanda, tamang aksyon" (correct preparation, correct action). It outlines the characteristics of a prepared family and the actions each family member should take.

The material is divided into three main sections: 

• MAAGAP (Proactive): This section focuses on family preparation. 

• MAY ALAM (Knowledgeable): This section provides information about different types of disasters, their potential impacts, prevention methods, and warning signals.

This Field Manual, titled "Management of the Dead and Missing Persons," provides protocols, guidelines, and reference materials for managing dead and missing persons during emergencies and disasters in the Philippines. It was developed by the Local Government Academy (LGA) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in cooperation with the NDRRMC - Management of the Dead and Missing Persons Cluster. 

This document, "OPERATION LISTO Protocols for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease," is an interim guide for Local Chief Executives and Local COVID-19 Task Forces in the Philippines, published in August 2020 by the National Task Force against COVID-19 in cooperation with the Local Government Academy (LGA) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).  

The guide outlines a community-based COVID-19 health event management approach, referred to as "Hammer and Dance," which integrates the Zoning Containment Strategy (ZCS) and the Prevent-Detect-Isolate-Treat-Reintegrate (PDITR) Strategy. It serves as a step-by-step and scenario-based tool for LGUs (Local Government Units) in their COVID-19 response.
