1. Local projects and accounts

The app is a real estate calculation tool. It does not require a separate app account. Property values, financial assumptions, addresses, notes, saved locations and projects are stored on your device. The app does not upload your portfolio, financial calculations or project notes to our servers. Device backups may contain local app data according to your operating system and backup settings.

2. Online searches, maps and weather

When you search for a city, address or ZIP code, the search text and language are sent over HTTPS to our geocoding gateway hosted by Netlify, which forwards the search to OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Our geocoding function does not save the search text, address or client IP in its application database; it stores an app-wide request timestamp to control traffic. Netlify still processes network requests and may retain operational logs. Nominatim processes searches under the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy and may retain request records. Do not enter personal addresses or confidential information in the search field. Confirm a result before saving it to a project.

The embedded OpenStreetMap map receives the requested map area and property coordinates and can receive your IP address and browser/device information. These requests are subject to OpenStreetMap's privacy practices.

The updated weather feature requests a forecast through our Netlify gateway using property coordinates rounded to two decimal places. The gateway identifies this app and forwards those approximate coordinates to MET Norway without forwarding your client IP address. Forecast responses may be cached until their expiry to reduce requests. MET Norway retains service access logs under its privacy policy. Earlier app versions request weather directly from Open-Meteo, whose service may log IP addresses and requested coordinates. These coordinates describe the property entered in the app; the app does not request GPS access or read your device's live location.

These services support location searches, maps, weather and service reliability. We do not use them for advertising or cross-app tracking. Network providers have their own retention and security practices. The current market list is downloaded from our Netlify service without sending your portfolio or financial inputs.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store process purchases on their respective platforms. The app receives subscription/license status and localized product information from the store to unlock Premium and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card or bank details. Manage payments, renewal, cancellation and refund requests through the relevant store. 4. Exports, deletion and security

PDF and Excel reports are generated from your local project. You choose whether and where to save or share them; the selected destination then handles the exported information. Protect your device and exported files. You can remove projects using the app's delete controls. Removing the app's local data removes the on-device copy; exported files and operating-system backups must be managed separately. Online providers handle retained service logs under their policies. We use HTTPS for online services. No security measure guarantees absolute protection.

La aplicación no requiere una cuenta propia. La cartera, los cálculos, los datos financieros, las direcciones y las notas permanecen en el dispositivo y no se suben a nuestros servidores. Las copias de seguridad dependen de la configuración del sistema.

Al buscar una ciudad, dirección o ZIP, el texto y el idioma se envían por HTTPS a nuestro servicio en Netlify y de allí a Nominatim de OpenStreetMap. La previsión meteorológica actualizada usa coordenadas de la propiedad redondeadas a dos decimales mediante nuestro servicio en Netlify y MET Norway; el servicio no reenvía tu IP a MET Norway. Las previsiones pueden almacenarse temporalmente hasta su vencimiento. Las versiones anteriores consultan Open-Meteo directamente. La app no solicita acceso al GPS ni lee la ubicación actual del dispositivo. Las políticas de los proveedores enlazadas arriba describen sus registros y conservación. No usamos estos datos para publicidad ni seguimiento entre aplicaciones.

Apple, Google y Microsoft procesan las compras y renovaciones. La app consulta el estado de la suscripción/licencia y los precios de cada tienda para activar Premium y restaurar compras. No recibimos los datos completos de tus tarjetas o cuentas bancarias. Gestiona la cancelación, las renovaciones y los reembolsos en tu tienda.

Los informes PDF y Excel se generan con los datos locales. Tú eliges dónde guardarlos o compartirlos. Puedes borrar proyectos en la app; los archivos exportados y las copias de seguridad se gestionan aparte. Protege el dispositivo y los archivos. Usamos HTTPS para los servicios online.
