This Privacy Policy applies to the Playable Car application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed by LF Interactive (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application is an ad-supported service, offered "AS IS."

• Keyword: Provided by the user to access their account in the leaderboard system.

This information is voluntarily provided by the user. However, without this data, the player will not be able to participate in the leaderboard system.

Why is this data necessary?

The collected data is essential for:

1. Enabling the leaderboard system: It allows players to participate in in-game competitions.

2. Sending updates and new features: If the player opts to receive them.

Why is it necessary to accept this Privacy Policy to play the game?

The Application is free and uses ads through the AdMob platform, a third-party service that may collect data to personalize advertisements. Ad display is critical for the game's functionality as it funds its development and maintenance.

Additionally, basic information such as nickname, keyword, and email is required to access major features in the system, including the leaderboard. This information helps identify players and allows interaction in competitions.

Important: The Application requires an internet connection for all functionalities, including ads and the leaderboard. If the player does not accept the Privacy Policy, they will not be able to access the game because:

• Ads cannot be displayed, affecting the financial resources needed to support the game.

• No basic data from players will be tracked, rendering the leaderboard feature useless.

Data Not Collected

The Application does not collect the following information:

• IP address

• Pages visited

• Time spent on the Application

• Mobile device operating system
