Our local issue is that there is a library called "Julio Mario Santo Domingo" is big and nice. But to the pandemic, the center has lost visitants and lost the antention from the childs and they don't read any more, this is an important habit they do not need to loss. so our plan Is to create a reading club for teenagers to incentive and bring more public to the center, so they gain more visitors and the people win more culture by reading.
