February 2026 Board Meeting Quick Hits
Interior painting is done in 7 of the 24 buildings. You will be contacted by Sheryl Jahnel (LGAII Treasurer) prior to Marcie's Interiors starts work.
All landscaping projects have been delayed since 42nd Street's repairs were delayed. This is the #1 priority for the spring. If anyone is willing to help with planning, please reach out to a board member.
Property Insurance & Lawn Care/Snow Removal renewal will be coming up in the next couple of months. More information will be shared then. We would like to keep HOA dues steady, if possible.
Front Doors will be on an as needed basis. If you're having issues, contact Heritage and we'll get someone to help. (Konstantine Katsiris HOA VP has been helping unit owners with door issues, too.)
