Interior painting is done in 10 of the 24 buildings. You will be contacted by Sheryl Jahnel (LGAII Treasurer) prior to Marcie's Interiors starts work.
We will be hiring a company to fix holes and bare spots in the common area lawns.
Farm Bureau rates have come back. Slight decrease in insurance premiums.
No dues increase for the 2026-27 FY.
All "derecho" repairs have been finished. All updates from here on out will be focused on Association owned and managed parts of the properties (ie common areas).
Personal cameras: Personal entrance cameras are permitted on Unit Owner's property only. It cannot be attached to common areas (exterior walls/siding).
Heritage Property Management
Heritage runs the day-to-day management of the association. Please contact Megan Rife at Heritage (319) 365-3610 and then board members if something arises that needs attention.
