Apprise Apps ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how LexiGrid (the "App") handles your information.
The Short Version: We do not require you to create an account, we do not ask for your email or phone number, and we do not store your personal data on our servers. Your game progress is saved locally on your device.
We do not collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
You do not need to register or sign up to use the App.
We do not ask for your email address, phone number, or real name.
We do not use social login features (like "Login with Facebook" or "Login with Google").
To improve the app and provide monetization (Ads), we may collect anonymous, non-personal data:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and screen size.
Advertising ID: A unique, resettable identifier (Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) used by third-party ad networks to serve relevant ads.
Crash Logs: Anonymous technical data sent if the app crashes (e.g., "App crashed on Samsung S21 due to memory error").
Local Storage Only: All your game progress, including:
High Scores
Unlocked Levels
Virtual Currency (Coins/Gems)
Purchased Items (Skins/Themes)
...is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a cloud database of your profile.
Important: If you uninstall the App or clear your device data, your game progress may be permanently lost as we have no backup on our servers.
We use trusted third-party services to support the App’s functionality. These services may collect information sent by your device (such as IP address or Advertising ID).
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show ads that are relevant to you.
You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID).
If you choose to purchase items (e.g., Gems, Ticket Packs), the transaction is processed directly by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
We never have access to your credit card or banking information.
We only receive a confirmation receipt from the store that allows us to unlock the content on your device.
The "Play Online" or "Local 2-Player" features operate without permanent user accounts.
Local Multiplayer: Data is shared directly between devices via local network/Bluetooth; no data is sent to the internet.
Online Matches: If available, matches are anonymous. No persistent profile is created on our servers.
Our App is safe for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information from children under the age of 13.
If you are a parent and wish to limit ad tracking for your child, please adjust the "Parental Controls" or "Advertising" settings on their device.
Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, we cannot "delete" your account because no account exists.
To Reset Your Data: You can clear the App's storage in your phone settings or uninstall the App. This will instantly erase all gameplay history and preference data.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices (e.g., adding new game modes). The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy will indicate when changes were made.
