Welcome to Lexi AI! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lexi AI app (the “App”), available on the iOS App Store. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. General Information

1.1 Developer Information
This app is developed and managed by Khandker Tafiqul Islam, based in Bangladesh. For any inquiries or support, you may contact us at info.drongo@gmail.com.

1.2 Services Offered
Lexi AI brings written content to life with advanced features such as text-to-speech, AI summarization, translation, website content reading, and more. No account creation or personal information is required to use the App.

1.3 Device Requirements
The App supports devices running iOS 17 or later.

1.4 Unilateral Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notifying you. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App or on the App Store page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Subscription Plans

• Weekly Subscription: $4.99

• Yearly Subscription: $59.99
  Both plans include a 3-day free trial.

2.2 Payment and Renewal

• Subscriptions will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• The renewal charge will occur 24 hours before the subscription ends.

• You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Canceling a subscription will keep it active until the end of the current billing period.

• No refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

• Unused portions of free trials will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

• Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.

• Upload or distribute malicious software.

• Use the App in a way that disrupts its functionality for other users.

3.2 Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the text you input into the App. The App does not claim ownership of or store your content. Any data processed by the App remains on your device and is not transmitted or stored externally.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

4.2 Arbitration Clause
All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangladesh, in accordance with the applicable laws. By using the App, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

4.3 Exclusive Venue
For any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims liability for:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the App's functionality.

• Loss of data or revenue resulting from App use.

• Issues caused by third-party services or platform limitations.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Lexi AI does not collect or store any personal information or user data outside the user’s device. All content and processing remain local to your device. For further details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will immediately cease.
