Kiss the Ground is an inspiring, star-studded new film about how regenerating the world’s soils has the potential to rapidly stabilize Earth’s climate, restore lost ecosystems, and create abundant food supplies.

Wednesday April 21, 10:00 - 1:00 (free event) Munroe Center for the Arts and LexZeroWaste present:

• Build a giant sculpture (ages 13 - 18) with architect and sculptor, Bill Turville. We will be creating an 8 ft. wire earth to hold trash. Our goal is to fill it with items that are not able to be recycled or composted, and will go to a landfill or incinerator.

  • Schedule your time slot to help us maintain safe numbers of participants at this time.

• Create art out of recycled materials (all ages!). We will have supplies on hand to make ornaments in our own effort to support reusability. Schedule your time slot to help us maintain safe numbers of participants at this time.

• Create your own recycled art at home to be hung on the wire earth. We will have a contest at the end of the week for the most creative.
