The basic ingredients that I use in all my cupcakes are all from local supermarkets so you can find them anywhere and won't be stuck for choice. My go to of choice for supermarket would be Tesco, mainly because they have the largest and widest range department for home baking in my opinion.
What goes into each of my cupcakes:
Tesco own brand self raising flour.
Tesco Medium Free range eggs.
Stork is used as it is best for baking.
Vanilla Extract.
For the Icing:
Stork
Silverspoon Icing sugar
Vanilla Extract
(I would then add different chocolates/spreads to the icing depending on customer orders.)
So this stand mixer is the one that I use to make all the cakes I produce and can be found on Curry's website for £189. It has a 4-in-1 use and is so easy to use.
When I first started out this was the best set of cake decorating utensils that I could find on Amazon priced at £26.99. The set comes with piping nozzles, piping bags, whisk, decorating table and many many more.
All of my boxes come from amazon as they are so reliable for delivery times and dates. I normally order my boxes in bulk of 25 as it works out cheaper. I order boxes in two different sizes and they are 6 and 12 holders.
