Starting strong
I wanted to avoid my previous mistakes of having a weak foundations for the design.
With User Stories from Project Epics, I define the user experience.
Player experience further refined
Developing long, medium and short term goals for the player.
At this point, we have an MVP.
Product trees help organise user stories.
This allows me to help approximate:
Size of user story
Importance of user story
Any dependencies
Product Roadmap
List of tasks, along with any risks that might cause issues.
I felt like the first iteration was lacking, so I did an analysis to inform a second better iteration.
User Stories are put directly into a product tree. Each tree represents a Project Epic.
Mapped out user stories
A few questions arose while mapping out, so the first prototype will reduce the overall risk by answering these questions.
Identifying risks.
Planning out how to execute different parts of the game.

I am working with a friend, who will do the level design.
