T is a Friesian x Appaloosa and currently is current the tallest lesson horse at Leviosa (her big sister Ro is the tallest on property). T has extensive dressage training and has helped many riders learn how to use all of their aids to ride as efficiently as possible.
T loves trail rides, watermelon, and a good scratch on her withers.
She is owned and loved by Allison
Fawkes is a bright bay Arabian gelding who came to Leviosa in need of some TLC. He has a heart of gold and is a solid citizen for our younger and newer riders. Although we do not know his history this sweet boy has some really fun buttons in his training and is an absolute blast to learn and play on.
Fawkes loves makin a mess when eating, being told he is a good boy, and his big sisters.
He is co-owned by Allison and lives with Leviosa full time.
Ro is Allison's personal horse and new competitive hopeful. This dark bay warmblood mare is just getting started in her new career as a riding horse. Before joining the Leviosa team she was a broodmare and had one beautiful colt. Due to her size (Ro is 17.3 hands!), her strong opinions, and her lack of training she is not used for lessons but is eager to meet new friends and get cookies.
Ro is owned and loved by Allison
Koki is a bay American Quarter Horse who has retired from her life as a gymkhana, gaming, and rodeo horse. In her prime she could turn and burn with the best of them. She also was a remarkable goat tying horse for high school rodeo.
These days she is enjoying her retirement by eating as mich grass as she can fit into her mouth, and by being pampered like an absolute princess. Koki is a lesson favorite especially for our younger and more timid riders.
Koki absolutely loves carrots and any tasty snack.
She is owned and loved by our dear friend Victoria who has allowed us to share our love with her as well.
Jazzy Jasmine is a dark bay pinto North American Sport Pony and the daughter of our late and beloved Pawnee. Jazzy has a heart of gold and many growing equestrians have begun their journey with horses astride her back.
Jazzy loves walking, eating, and drinking grape juice.
Jazzy is owned by our property owner and friend Kathy Jefferson with A Little Dazzle Sport Ponies.
Grace is currently available for Sale or Lease.
Grace is like a little sports car. She is fun and quick. She is an amazing jumper and loves to go on trail rides. She is high octane all the time which makes her a blast to ride but also means she is reserved for our more advanced and confident riders.
Grace loves the sound of the feed cart, getting her nails (feet) done, and gummy worms.
Jazzy is owned by our property owner and friend Kathy Jefferson with A Little Dazzle Sport Ponies.
Bella was a homebred and registered North American Sport Pony and Allison's hopeful up and coming show pony.
Bella was occasionally also used in lessons for confident intermediate riders.
Bella loved to play in her water after it had just been filled, hanging out with T, and Green Apple Jolly Ranchers.
While the loss of Cheyenne and Pawnee in the Spring of 2024 was hard. Losing this young and vibrant mare in the Fall of 2024 really hit home. More than anything it reminds me to make sure to give their noses just one last kiss.
Oh Cheyenne...
Cheyenne was a once in a lifetime pony. I called him a Golden Retriever in a pony body. He never met a person he did not like or a snack that could not be tasted at least once. I even joked that if he could stay rolled over he would have you scratch his tummy.
I have never met a horse with such a kind and genuine heart. He was an absolute babysitter and the steady Eddie every riding instructor dreams of.
Gone but Never, Ever Forgotten
The Matriarch.
Pawnee was the triple threat. She was a REMARKABLE lesson pony and helped so many riders find their balance and passion for riding. She was also a lovely broodmare and foaled out seven foals, including Jazzy who remains with our lesson program. And Pawnee was also a fantastic competition horse in her younger years and completed both in Dressage and as Jumper.
While she is gone, her legacy is not and seeing the impact she has had on the riders she has touched, watching her daughter. Jazzy. continue to teach lessons in her stead, and the success of many of her foals that are still here in the area warms my heart.
