Catherine M. Klingler M.S., LPC, LCDC, C-DBT, CCTP-II, CF-CBT
Catherine received her bachelor's in psychology, with honors, and her master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Texas A&M University-Central Texas. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor who is certified using dialectical behavior therapy (C-DBT), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II, and Trauma Focused CBT TF-CBT trained.
Catherine has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with mental health symptoms such as, self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. She believes that creating and building a trusting, honest, and positive therapeutic alliance is vital for client growth and change. With this in mind, she meets the clients where they are and takes the time needed to foster a strong therapeutic connection to further client's personal growth. She focuses on compassion, empowerment, reflection, and encouragement and honesty.
Insurance Accepted: United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, Evernorth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, Medicaid, Scott& White Health Plan, Superior and Tricare. Insurance is billed $250 per assessment, $125 per individual and $150 per couple sessions.
Cash Pay: A sliding scale fee based on income with $75 being average cash pay rate. Couples or family cash pay is $85 per session.
