**Effective date:** June 20, 2026
**Last updated:** June 20, 2026
Level Tool is developed by Limbic Apps Yazılım Ltd. Şti. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Level Tool iOS application (“Level Tool” or the “App”).
## 1. Summary
Level Tool is designed to perform its measurement and note-taking features primarily on your device.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
- We do not use your camera images, notes, or measurements for advertising.
- Camera images, measurements, calibration values, and notes remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
- Purchase and subscription information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
## 2. Information Processed by the App
### Motion and orientation data
Level Tool uses Apple motion sensors to calculate surface level, edge angle, plumb, slope, and related measurements. This sensor data is processed in real time on your device. We do not upload raw motion or orientation readings to our servers.
### Camera data
If you grant camera permission, Level Tool uses the camera for live laser, roof-pitch, protractor, and point-angle tools.
- Live camera frames are processed on your device.
- The App does not automatically upload camera images.
- A measurement photo is created only when you choose to capture one.
- Captured and annotated images are shared or exported only when you use Apple’s share controls.
### Measurements, calibration, and notes
The App may store the following locally on your device:
- calibration offsets;
- saved and automatically logged measurements;
- timestamps;
- job, material, surface, and manual notes;
- settings such as haptic, sound, screen-on, and automatic logging preferences.
This information remains in the App’s local storage until you delete it, reset App data, or remove the App. CSV, PDF, and image exports are created locally and are transmitted only to destinations you choose through Apple’s sharing interface.
### Purchase and subscription information
Level Tool uses Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat to provide and verify Pro access.
Apple processes payment details. We do not receive your full payment card information.
RevenueCat may process:
- an automatically generated App User ID;
- device type and operating-system information;
- product and offering identifiers;
- purchase receipts, transaction status, entitlement status, and subscription lifecycle information;
- limited technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot purchases.
RevenueCat acts as a service provider processing purchase data on our behalf. See [RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy](https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/) for additional details.
## 3. How We Use Information
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide measurements, camera tools, calibration, saved notes, and exports;
- remember App settings;
- process, restore, and validate purchases;
- determine whether Level Tool Pro is active;
- diagnose purchase or technical failures;
- comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
We do not use App data for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
## 4. Information Sharing
We may share limited information with:
- **Apple**, for App Store distribution, purchases, refunds, and subscription management;
- **RevenueCat**, for offerings, paywalls, purchase validation, entitlement management, and subscription status;
- authorities or other parties when required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
Information you intentionally export or share is sent to the recipient or service you select. Their privacy practices apply after the information leaves the App.
## 5. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored measurements, notes, settings, and calibration data remain until you delete them through the App, reset App data, or uninstall the App.
Temporary export files may remain in system-managed temporary storage until iOS removes them.
Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction records according to their respective legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, and service requirements. Purchase records may need to be retained even after other information is deleted.
## 6. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- deny or revoke camera permission in iOS Settings;
- delete individual measurement-log entries;
- delete all App entries and reset App data;
- choose not to capture or share photos;
- manage or cancel an Annual Pro subscription in Apple ID subscription settings;
- request restoration of previous purchases in the App.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. To submit a privacy request, use the contact information below. We may need to verify your request.
## 7. Security
We use the security protections provided by iOS and our service providers. Data transmitted to Apple or RevenueCat is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
## 8. Children
Level Tool is a general utility application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address the request.
## 9. International Processing
Apple and RevenueCat may process information in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable safeguards.
