Welcome to Level Measure | Spirit!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Level Measure | Spirit mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

1.2 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.

2.1 Accuracy of Measurements
The App is designed to assist with measuring surfaces; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Use the App at your own risk, and verify measurements independently for critical tasks.

2.2 No Professional Advice
The App is for general use and is not intended to replace professional tools or advice.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of these services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.
